Regulations
Advance reservation is required
Minimum snorkeling age: 10 years
Minors participating in snorkeling must be accompanied by an adult
Guests over 60 may join the tour but may not participate in snorkeling
Alcoholic beverages may not be served to minors
The dock fee is mandatory for adults and children ages 6+
Snorkeling is subject to weather conditions and Port Authority regulations
If an activity is canceled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled, the supplier's policy for the canceled activity applies
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
