Regulations
Participation age: 5 to 65 years
Minimum age to drive the speedboat: 18 years
Participants must know how to swim
Not permitted during pregnancy
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate
Guests must follow the guide's instructions at all times
Required safety equipment must be used throughout the activity
Standard speedboats accommodate 2 guests; boats for 34 guests require a special request and are subject to availability
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
