Regulations
Minimum age: 6 years old with paid adult
Minimum driving age: 16 years old
Participants from 6 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Snorkeling allowed from 10 years old
Minors from 10 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult for snorkeling
Alcohol sale and consumption restricted for minors
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
