Regulations
Permitted age: 5 to 60 years
Guests must know how to swim
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
Not permitted for pregnant guests
Not permitted for guests who have recently undergone surgery
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate
The MUSA visit and tour operation are subject to weather conditions
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
