Departure time: 9:00 AM.
Approximate return: 1:00 PM.

Maximum capacity: 30 guests.
Children allowed from 6 years old.
Maximum age allowed: 65 years old.
Not allowed for pregnant women.
Activity is subject to weather conditions and supplier operation.
Dock fee of $20 USD must be paid additionally

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
