Regulations

Minimum age for Open Water: 10 years old.
Must know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water.
PADI Medical Questionnaire required.
Medical clearance required when applicable.
Referral option requires signed referral form.
Reefs subject to Marine Park availability.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
