Recommendations

Bring:
Swimwear, beach towel, a change of clothes, hat/cap, sun protective clothing, sunglasses and extra money.

Pick-up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you contact 24 hours before your tour, to reconfirm your schedule.

Regulations

Minimum age to board: 4 years.
Snorkeling is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
Water activities are not recommended for people with respiratory problems, heart disease, or conditions that may cause loss of consciousness.
-IMPORTANT: $30 USD to be paid at the pier.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
