Departure
Ground pickup between 7:00 and 9:00 am, depending on the hotel.
10:30 am Departure from Marina Aquaworld Costa Mujeres.
10:45 am Arrival at El Meco Reef, snorkeling for approximately 30 minutes.
11:30 am Cruise along the Caribbean Sea to Isla Mujeres.
12:00 pm Arrival at Isla Mujeres for free time on the island ? approximately 2 hours.
2:10 pm Arrival at ZAZA Beach Club for lunch.
4:15 pm Departure to Marina Costa Mujeres.
5:30 pm Departure from Marina Aquaworld Costa Mujeres to the hotel by land.

Requires payment of a dock fee of $20.00 USD per person.
Regulations
Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Snorkeling age limit is 60.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
