An exclusive and personalized experience that deepens the relationship with dolphins. Accompanied by a specialist, participants interact with two dolphins in immersive activities that engage all five senses. The program's highlight is an individual time in deep water, swimming alongside both dolphins, in an experience designed to inspire and foster a deep and transformative bond, always guided by the principles of respect and animal welfare. Additional benefits are offered depending on the habitat, such as VIP areas, a catamaran ride, a buffet, an open bar, and encounters with other marine mammals.

- Women less than 5 months pregnant may only participate in the Dolphin Encounter when accompanied by another paying adult, after signing the liability waiver.
- Children between 1.20 and 1.39 meters tall must be accompanied by an adult for dolphin interactions.
- Children 1.40 meters and taller Children can participate in dolphin interactions on their own.
- Children 1 to 5 years old are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children are considered to be 6 to 12 years old. Adults are 13 years and older.
- The use of sunscreen and tanning lotion is not permitted.
- Swimming with any type of jewelry or accessories that can be easily detached is not permitted.
- No electronic devices are allowed.
- In accordance with Article 60 of the Quintana Roo Tax Law, the state tax ISEPAAA of MX$50 per person (6 years and older) must be paid at the time of registration for those participating in activities with aquatic animals.
- All passengers pay the dock usage fee, except for children 5 years and older.
- We recommend bringing cash to purchase photos and souvenirs, as well as an extra change of clothes. Guests with a history of heart problems, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other significant medical condition should not participate.
- Guests are advised to consider their fitness level and medical history when determining if this activity is suitable for them. Those with concerns should consult their physician before participating in any potentially strenuous activity.
- All services require advance booking.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
