Recommendations

Regulations

-The dock and marine park fee is paid directly at the marina.
-Activity is subject to weather conditions.
-Snorkeling is not allowed under the influence of alcohol.
-Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
