Regulations

Basic swimming skills required
Not suitable for guests with limited mobility, back issues, recent surgery, or pregnancy
Life jacket use is mandatory
Activity subject to weather conditions
Participation not allowed under alcohol or drug influence
Minimum boarding age: 4 years
Children 6 years and older pay full rate and may snorkel with an accompanying adult

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
