Regulations

Minimum age to drive: 16 years
Minimum age to participate: 6 years (with paying adult)
Weight limits:
Single: 130 kg / 286 lbs
Double: 100 kg / 220 lbs per person
Return transportation: 12:30, 2:30, 4:30 and 6:00 pm
Dock fee: 15 USD per person (cash or card)
Not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Not suitable for guests with:
Limited mobility or use of wheelchair/cane
Recent surgery
Back problems
Pregnancy

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
