Regulations
The tour must be taken with a guide.
Animal interactions are carried out under staff instructions.
Feeding animals without authorization is not allowed.
Flash photography and tripods are not allowed.
Pets or other animals are not allowed.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests must follow all safety, conservation and animal welfare rules.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
