Mandatory National Park fee of USD $20 per person (payable at check-in).

Recommendations
Wearing a life vest is mandatory during the activity.
Touching the reef is strictly prohibited to preserve its ecosystem.
It is recommended to bring a swimsuit, biodegradable sunscreen, and a towel.
The tour is suitable for children aged 3 and older. Infants aged 2 or under can join for free.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
