Ride an ATV through the Akumal jungle, swim in a crystal-clear cavern cenote, then snorkel in protected Akumal Bay, known for its sea turtles. This 4-hour adventure combines jungle trails, underground nature, and marine life, with transportation, admissions, equipment, and expert guides included.

Regulations

Minimum passenger age: 5 years
Minimum age to drive an ATV: 16 years
Drivers must present a valid driver’s license
Minimum height: 1.20 m / 3 ft 9 in
Maximum weight on a single ATV: 175 kg / 386 lb
Maximum combined weight on a double ATV: 210 kg / 463 lb
Not permitted for pregnant guests
Not recommended for guests with heart conditions
Not recommended for guests with severe mobility limitations or disabilities
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate
Guests arriving intoxicated may have their tour canceled without refund
Basic swimming skills and good physical condition are recommended for snorkeling

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
