Regulations
" ATV driver: minimum 16 years old
ATV passenger: minimum 8 years old
Basic swimming skills required when the itinerary includes cenote/snorkeling
For Tulum access, adults pay MXN 500 upon boarding; children under 11 do not require ticket/wristband if they prove their age with ID; without proof of age, ticket and wristband must be paid."
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
