Ride through the Mayan jungle at Rancho Bonanza, an experience suitable even for beginners. Enjoy a 1-hour 20-minute horseback ride through tropical trails, cool off in Cenote Tula, and discover rescued animals, Melipona bees, and local traditions. A bilingual guide, safety equipment, lockers, towel, drinks, and snacks are included.

Regulations
Minimum participation age: 8 years
Children must participate accompanied by an adult
Only one rider is allowed per horse
Maximum weight per guest: 100 kg / 220 lb
Maximum 6 participants per group and time slot
Not suitable for pregnant guests
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility, back problems, or recent surgery
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate
Safety equipment must be worn as instructed
The order of activities may change for operational or safety reasons
Advance reservations are required; walk-in admission is currently unavailable
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
