Regulations
Permitted age range: 4 to 70 years old.
Minimum height: 90 cm / 3 ft.
Minimum weight: 15 kg / 33 lb.
Participants must properly use all safety equipment provided.
Attendance at the safety briefing is mandatory before starting the course.
Guide instructions must be followed at all times while using the ziplines and hanging bridges.
Children must also meet the minimum height and weight requirements.
Participation is subject to the operating teams safety assessment.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
