Regulations

Minimum age: 4 years. Maximum age: 70 years.
Minimum height: 90 cm (3 ft). Minimum weight: 15 kg (33 lbs).

Wear appropriate clothing (shorts/pants) and gloves.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
