Private service with a minimum of 4 people.
Helmet and life jacket are mandatory.
Sunscreen and insect repellent are not allowed inside caves or cenote.
Temazcal is not recommended for children under 12.

Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
