Recommendations

Book at least 24 hours in advance.
Be on time at the pick-up point; the tolerance window is 5 minutes.
Arrive at the course approximately 30 minutes before tee time.
Bring official ID when booking a national rate.
Wear a collared shirt with sleeves, proper golf attire and golf shoes or sneakers.
Bring sunscreen, a cap or visor and sunglasses.
Confirm maintenance, aerification and restricted dates before booking.

Regulations

Reservation subject to availability.
Individual rates apply for 1 to 8 players. Groups of 8 or more require a group quotation.
Mexican national rates require official Mexican ID or Mexican passport; otherwise, the agency will be charged the USD net foreign guest rate.
Rates do not apply to guests staying at Mayakoba resorts, as they have preferred rates.
Golf spikes are not allowed; golf shoes or sneakers are required.
Transportation services and schedules cannot be modified on the same day of the reservation.
Guest must present voucher or electronic reservation at Pro Shop check-in.
Restricted dates, private events and maintenance may affect availability.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
