Explore the Mayan jungle and discover the meaning of a Day of the Dead altar and the legends of the aluxes. Join a shaman-led purification ceremony and a traditional two-door temazcal ritual, followed by a cenote swim and light snacks. This half-day afternoon experience includes round-trip hotel transportation. Approximate itinerary: hotel pickup at 4:30 pm, arrival and activities from 5:30 pm, return transfer at 8:00 pm and hotel arrival around 9:00 pm. Pickup time varies by hotel and must be confirmed.

Recommendations
Bring a towel, swimsuit, comfortable clothing, sandals or water shoes and a change of clothes. Confirm the pickup time for your hotel.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
