Regulations

Minimum age for the snorkeling activity is 5 years
Children under 5 may not participate in snorkeling
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate
If a guest is found to be intoxicated, the tour will be canceled without refund
Basic swimming skills and good physical condition are recommended for snorkeling
Guests must follow staff instructions and wildlife protection guidelines
Animal encounters may only take place under staff supervision

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
