Tour includes transportation with AC, entrance to the natural reserve of Rio Secreto where special equipment is foreseen to be able to realise the activities, starting off with a walk through the jungle followed by a descendence of 15 meters through mother Earth'smaze to access and wade through the underground river during 1 hour and a half. The tour finishes with a couple of minutes of silence to enjoy the sounds of the caves. Food is served after having seen the pictures that were taking during the guided tour.

8:00 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. Pickup at hotels
10:30 a.m. Arrival in Rio Secreto
11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The activity begins and you eat. 3:00 p.m. Return to the hotels begins

Regulations

Maximum weight per person is 120kg/250lb.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
