Not Included
Photos; souvenirs; marine tax of USD 20 / MXN 400 / EUR 20 payable in cash.
Recommendations
Hat and sunglasses; swimsuit; dry change of clothes; sun/water protection shirt; towel; extra cash for photos, souvenirs and taxes.
Regulations
Not recommended for infants, guests with heart or back problems, or guests without basic swimming skills. Pregnant guests and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
