Regulations
Recommended minimum age: 5 years.
Xenses may not be suitable during pregnancy or for guests with heart conditions, recent surgery, back pain, vertigo, claustrophobia or epilepsy.
Some Xplor Fuego activities require a minimum height of 1.10 metres.
Some activities require a weight between 40 and 136 kg.
Toboganxote requires a minimum height of 1.30 metres.
Maximum combined weight per Toboganxote raft: 320 kg.
Closed-toe or water shoes are mandatory at Xplor Fuego.
Xenses from 8:30 a.m.
Transfer to Xplor Fuego at 5:30 p.m.
Meeting point: Platform 1 at the Xenses bus parking area.
Xplor Fuego from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Both parks must be visited on the same day.
Advance reservation is mandatory and subject to availability.
The park combination, starting park and final park must be specified when booking.
Interpark transportation operates only at the established times.
Returning to the first park is not permitted.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
Prices do not vary by season but may change with prior notice.
Access may be denied due to lack of availability when no confirmed reservation exists.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
