-Minors aged 5 to 11 pay the child rate
-This tour is not suitable for persons with heart conditions, acrophobia, claustrophobia, dizziness, or recent surgeries
-Maximum weight required: 299 lbs
-Minimum height, age and weight required for the zip-lines: 4.6 feet / 88 lbs, / 5 years
-In the Slip and Birth Flight activities, children who are 4.2 ft and not able to swim must be accompanied by their parents
-You must present your ID at the time of check-in; otherwise, the children rate will be applied to minors between 3 ft and 4.5 ft

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
