Combine wildlife conservation and adventure in Akumal. Tour Akumal Monkey Sanctuary, meet rescued animals through supervised educational encounters, then ride an ATV along jungle trails to a natural cavern where you can swim in a crystal-clear cenote. Round-trip transportation, sanctuary admission, and the ATV experience are included.

Recommendations

Arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled tour
Bring a swimsuit and towel for the cenote
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities
Wear secure, closed-toe footwear
Bring a valid driver's license if you plan to drive the ATV
Bring cash or a credit/debit card for the mandatory insurance
Follow your guides' instructions throughout the experience

Regulations

Minimum passenger age: 5 years
Minimum age to drive an ATV: 16 years
Drivers must present a valid driver's license
Minimum height: 1.20 m / 3 ft 9 in
Maximum weight on a single ATV: 175 kg / 386 lb
Maximum combined weight on a double ATV: 210 kg / 463 lb
Not permitted for pregnant guests
Not recommended for guests with heart conditions
Not recommended for guests with severe mobility limitations or disabilities
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate
Intoxicated guests may have their tour canceled without refund

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
