Children under 5 are not accepted for safety reasons
Minimum ATV driving age: 16 years old
Recommended minimum height: 1.20 m
Not suitable for pregnant women or guests with back or mobility problems
Maximum weight double ATV: 210 kg
Maximum weight single ATV: 175 kg
Mandatory ATV insurance paid directly, non-refundable
Mandatory snorkeling eco tax applies
Access is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
