Visit the archaeological site of Tulum, admire its ancient city, and let your imagination soar. Then, visit Río Secreto Nature Reserve on a unique journey into Xibalbá (the Mayan underworld). Hike and swim in completely natural underground rivers and admire formations that tell the Earth's geological history. It's undoubtedly a life-changing experience.

The rate does not include the archaeological zone tax for the use of professional cameras, drones, etc.
Electronic devices (phones, GoPros, cameras, etc.) are not permitted inside the underground river.

Regulations

Minimum age: 4 years.
Optional babysitting service for children under 4 years old. Subject to availability, during the Río Secreto activity.
Electronic devices (phones, GoPros, cameras, etc.) are not permitted inside the underground river.
A professional photographer will accompany you at all times to capture photos of the Río Secreto expedition.
This tour is not suitable for people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
This tour is not recommended for people with severe physical or motor disabilities and women who are more than 6 months pregnant.
Avoid using chemical products (sunscreen, repellents, etc.) inside the underground river.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
