A perfect day for those who want to learn more about the Mayan culture but not stray too far, returning to the hotel at a time that still allows them to enjoy the afternoon. Tulum is an old port of exchange protected by walls and a coral reef that prevented access to pirates. Enjoy the archaeological zone of Tulum during the guided tour and your free time to take photos. This tour is considered half day and does not include food.

7:00 AM to 8:25 AM: Pickup at the hotel with air-conditioned transportation
For operational reasons, a 5-minute grace period is only allowed for each pickup, in order to provide better service.

Regulations
Transfer times are not included in "duration";
- times and duration may vary due to weather conditions and unforeseen events.
- We suggest using a wide-wheeled wheelchair to navigate the archaeological site.
- Wheelchair passengers must be able to move independently or be accompanied by someone who can take care of them.

Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
