On our Tulum-Dolphins tour you will enjoy an incredible combination of culture and a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in the same day.
First, we stop to learn about and appreciate part of the region's culture by appreciating local crafts in a Mayan cooperative where you can also meet a Mayan shaman. Then we will visit the mystical archaeological zone of Tulum, which is framed by the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. Our certified guide will tell our visitors about the wonderful history of the Mayans and each of the temples, touring the place with them.
After being amazed by the Mayan culture, we will take you to live a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, you will have a close encounter with Dolphins! This will be done in a controlled and safe environment where you will be able to have a sensory interaction with them with all your senses, touching, seeing, hearing and you will be able to learn about these wonderful marine mammals. Average time in the water is 40 minutes.
On our Tulum-Dolphins tour, our visitors and friends will always be accompanied by our professional guides who will provide them with all the information and safety measures they must follow so that they can live the best experience of their lives.

Regulations

Minors wishing to participate alone must be at least 1.40 meters tall. Otherwise, they must always be accompanied by an adult.
Restricciones generales:
- La edad de los menores es de 05 a 11 años.
- La edad de los infantes es de 0 a 04 años sin cargo y van en brazos de sus padres, aplica un pago de 20 usd si requieren silla para bebe o asiento en la unidad pagando al abordar efectivo.
- En servicios privados deberán realizar un solo cupón cubriendo la garantía requerida con tarifas de adultos.
- El pago para acceso al área de Tulum será de 20 usd por persona
- El pago para la conservación del área de Akumal será de 20 usd por persona.
- El pago para la conservación del área de Yalkú será de 10 usd por persona.
- Se aplicará cargo del 100% del tour por NO SHOW en servicios que no sean cancelados antes de las 24 horas previas a menos que cuenten con justificante médico.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
