On our Tulum-Dolphins tour you will enjoy an incredible combination of culture and a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in the same day.
First, we stop to learn about and appreciate part of the region's culture by appreciating local crafts in a Mayan cooperative where you can also meet a Mayan shaman. Then we will visit the mystical archaeological zone of Tulum, which is framed by the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. Our certified guide will tell our visitors about the wonderful history of the Mayans and each of the temples, touring the place with them.
After being amazed by the Mayan culture, we will take you to live a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, you will have a close encounter with Dolphins! This will be done in a controlled and safe environment where you will be able to have a sensory interaction with them with all your senses, touching, seeing, hearing and you will be able to learn about these wonderful marine mammals. Average time in the water is 40 minutes.
On our Tulum-Dolphins tour, our visitors and friends will always be accompanied by our professional guides who will provide them with all the information and safety measures they must follow so that they can live the best experience of their lives.

Regulations

Minors wishing to participate alone must be at least 1.40 meters tall. Otherwise, they must always be accompanied by an adult.
General Restrictions:
The age range for children is 5 to 11 years old.
The age range for infants is 0 to 4 years old, free of charge, and they must sit on their parents? laps. A fee of $20 USD applies if a baby seat or a seat in the vehicle is required, payable in cash upon boarding.
For private services, a single voucher must be issued covering the required guarantee at adult rates.
The fee for access to the Tulum area is $500 MXN per person.
The conservation fee for the Akumal area is $400 MXN per person.
The conservation fee for the Yalkú area is $200 MXN per person.
The fee for access to the dolphins will be $50 MXN per person.
A 100% tour charge will apply for NO SHOW on services that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, unless a medical certificate is provided.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:
     1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
     2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
     3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.

No refunds will apply:
     1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
     2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
