Recommendations
Bathing suit under their clothing and comfortable clothing and footwear, water shoes, hat/cap, sun protective clothing, repellent, sunglasses, beach towel, a change of clothes, underwater camera and extra money.
Pick-up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you contact 24 hours before your tour, to reconfirm your schedule.
Regulations
Minimum age to participate in the tour: 8 years old.
Guests must be relatively fit and must be able to swim.
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The cancellation or change of data is made before 11:00 AM 3 days before the service if it is individual reservation and 10 days if they are reservations of groups.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
2. If the service is canceled before 24 hours we will charge 10% of the service.
